Site: Bombs 7/7/05 - no.30 bus - plaque (1 memorial)

WC1, Tavistock Square, BMA House

This plaque is attached to the railings of the building for the British Medical Association. On that dreadful morning medical staff from this building rushed to assist the wounded at the bus bomb on the street outside. Our photo was taken on 7/7/2012.

A more substantial memorial very nearby in Tavistock Square Garden was unveiled in 2018.

March 2025: Last May Mr Little had informed us that this plaque has gone. We marked it as lost and then in March we passed on a bus and saw the plaque back in place. So no longer lost.
