Adrian Cheung

The reported: "Adrian Cheung, who ran Kami Japanese restaurant in Fortess Road, died after doing a “wheelie” on his motorcycle in Kentish Town Road, Kentish Town. He came off the bike after swerving to avoid a cyclist ... Mr Cheung, who had years of motorbike experience, was on a “powerful” bike on the day of the crash, the inquest was told. Senior collision investigator Brian Gamble said it was reasonable to think Mr Cheung was riding at between 40mph to 50mph. The slight bend in the road and the presence of a cyclist meant he had to react and then “lost control”.  It seems no one else was hurt.in this crash which was captured on a passing bus's CCTV.

The reported: "He was born in Hong Kong and moved to London in 2002 with his parents and two brothers, attending Highams Park School in north-east London. His brother Steven, 28, an airline pilot, rushed back to London after receiving news of the crash on a layover in Slovenia. He told the Standard: “He was the best dad. He worked 70 to 80 hours a week to support his family.” Mr Cheung, who lived in Kilburn, was returning to work after going home between shifts to have dinner with Ms Hodosan and his son."
