Accountant. Born Liverpool to wealthy Quaker parents, brother to Alfred Waterhouse.

With Samuel Lowell Price and William Hopkins Holyland he founded the accountancy firm, Price Waterhouse. President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants 1892-4. Father of Nicholas.
