John Fitzgerald Kennedy

John Fitzgerald Kennedy

Of Irish descent, born in Brookline, Massachusetts. 35th President of the United States. Visited the UK twice: June 1963 to meet Prime Minister Macmillan; June 1961, to meet the Queen. Died in Dallas, Texas, when shot, but by whom? The answer's out there somewhere.

Since its establishment in 1789, 45 men (only men so far, as at October 2024) have held the office of US president.  We have found at least one London memorial for 11 of them, as follows, in date sequence: George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Martin van Buren, Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Dwight D. Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan.
