Comedy actor. Born Bingfield Street, N1. of David Benson's Kenneth Williams walk showing the Argyle Square area of London where Kenneth grew up. And the has as its first item 8 minutes of him commenting on the wider Bloomsbury area in 1975, when it was undergoing great change. And .

He died in his flat in Marlborough House, NW1, where he had lived for 16 years.

Many sources give 'King's Cross' as his place of birth, which is stretching things, but Bingfield Street is between areas - perhaps the locals would say they live in 'the Cally'.
