At we found a brief biography of Leonard (1914-2004) which includes: "In 1951 he and his family moved to Bedford Park, Chiswick (the first garden suburb) where he was a founder member of the Bedford Park Society and later its Chairman and President." He was a music lover, attending many concerts and operas. His collection of programmes is held by the A&HRC, acquired as a gift from the estate of Mrs Amy Freda Darke (widow of the collector) in 2010.
