LEP Transport Ltd

From : "LEP Transport was a freight company established in 1910 in London. The company name was derived from the initials of the three founding partners; Longstaff, Ehrenberg and Pollack."  More information at COSGB.

traces their origins back to 1849 when LEP was formed in Le Havre.  The London office was opened 2 years later.  The story is told, with pictures until, “after a management buy-out in January 1996. International Logistics of Chicago, USA, takes a majority shareholding in LEP International (Worldwide) Ltd.”

LEP moved their head office into Sunlight Wharf in 1922.
