London Wall (the road)

Categories: Transport

Place

Runs from Aldersgate Street to Old Broad Street and for most of that length it is a dual carriageway. Patrick Abercrombie's radical post-war plans for London included a number of ring roads, most of which, thank heavens, were never built. London Wall is an example of what was planned.

A has a very good post about this road.
