Architects who designed the 1935 Brady Settlement building. We wonder if this firm is connected to the Mrs N. S. Joseph who was one of the 1896 founders of the Brady Settlement.
The firm was founded by Nathan Joseph who had worked for philanthropic housing providers including the Industrial Dwellings Society and the Guinness Trust. Nathan Joseph’s main achievement in Hackney was Navarino Mansions on Dalston Lane. His sons, Charles and Earnest, designed Evelyn Court on Dalston Lane.
