Our colleague, Andrew Behan, has researched this young man: Peter Desmond Campbell was born on 23 February 1962 and died, aged 18 years, on 18 January 1981 in a fire at party being held at 439 New Cross Road, London, SE14 6TA. He was buried on 5 February 1981 in Lewisham.
