Acquired by Simonds Ltd in 1924 for London offices and bottling; later Courage as a bottling plant and store."
From "When Marston Properties purchased the building from the Courage Brewery in 1968 it was in a derelict state, and we sensitively converted it into commercial offices. {it} was refurbished and updated during 2002 to provide accommodation on five floors."
