Raymond Gosling

Raymond George Gosling was born on 15 July 1926 the son of George Leonard Gosling (1903-1970) and Lena Gosling née Guarniere (b.1904). His birth was registered in the Pancras registration district as was that of his sister Mavis Andrina Gosling (1932-1997)

The 1939 England and Wales Register show the family living at , Wembley and his father was described as a furniture designer & draughtsman.

Worked on DNA X-ray diffraction studies in 1953 at King's College London with Franklin, Stokes, Wilkins and Wilson

In 1965 he married Mary W. Job (b.1940) and they had four sons: Timothy Job Gosling (b.1966), Jonathan Warren Gosling (b.1968), Nicholas Ray Gosling (b.1970) and Richard Carson Gosling (b.1974).

He died, aged 88 years, on 15 May 2015 and his page gives the details of his life.
