Vicar of St John the Baptist, Pinner 1764-1814.
Originally the church was a chapel (first built in 1321) subordinate to the ancient church of St Mary, Harrow on the Hill. It was during Williams's tenure, in 1766, that Pinner became a parish independent of Harrow, though the Vicar of Harrow is still patron of the living of Pinner.
In 1777 Williams also became Vicar of St Marys, Harrow, a post he retained until at least 1795.
Lived at Pinner House 1788 - 1811, with his wife, Mary Beauclerc.
