Architect to the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. Went into partnership with Maxwell Ayrton. Designed the Brighton War Memorial and Wembley Stadium. Extant buildings in London: 4 Millbank (with Ayrton); Herbert Schmalz's artist's studio in W14.
Died at home, West Hill, Highgate.
