Funded by the first Governors of the Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School and the Corporation of London. Now part of Barnet and Southgate College and used as a banqueting hall and conference space, etc.

The Listing text is:"C16 altered C19. Red brick Hall. Three large modern mullioned windows, 4 lights with one transom. Hexagonal tower at each end. Tile roof behind parapet. Dormer."

The picture source says: " The building consisted of a hall, with a dormitory in the roof space, and a gallery at one end of the hall.  The other end of the hall was partitioned to make a dwelling space for the Master. "
