Walter Gilbert

Sculptor. Born Rugby. Cousin to Sir Alfred Gilbert. His son, Donald, also sculpted and they often worked together. Other works in London include: some gates at the Freemasons Hall (inside or outside, we don't know) and the internal shrine there, the Buckingham Palace gates facing the Victoria Memorial, lift enclosure in the British Museum Extension (Edward VII Galleries) around 1907, others listed at .
