This parish church of All Saints Poplar Middlesex was consecrated on the third day of July MDCCCXXIII by the Right Reverend Father in God, William Howley DD by divine permission Lord Bishop of London.

This plaque is high on the east end of the church, the surrounding garden being so blighted by aircraft noise we were surprised that our photo did not capture one of the culprits.
