October 2024: Ian Hearfield wrote to say that this plaque has "been missing for some weeks. The mounting holes and the circular dirt surrounding the plaque are still on site."  Google historic Street View shows it gone sometime between June and July this year.  We've marked it lost.  Please let us know if it returns.
