The plaque is just inside the entrance to Olive Morris House.
Movement has caused the wall to crack, including the plaque.
Greater London Council Baron Friedrich von Hügel, 1852 - 1925, theologian lived here, 1882 - 1903.
We could not read the plaque itself but it is shown very clearly in the British Pathe film.
