The plaque was unveiled by John Biggs, Mayor of Tower Hamlets and Mark Healey founder of Hate Crime Awareness Week.

Looking at photos of the car after the Brick Lane explosion one can see that it was actually parked on the other side of the road, immediately opposite this plaque.
