This plaque marks the contribution of David Norman, Chairman of Governors of the Royal Ballet School, 2000 - 2009, to the development of the Royal Ballet School and the construction of the Bridge of Aspiration.

The main plaque is being viewed by the couple to the left of the doorway to the Royal Ballet School. The two small black plaques underneath it read 'Civic Trust Award 2004' and 'Royal Institute of British Architects Regional Architecture Award 2004'.
