Inscription

Commonwealth Walkway
E II R

Unveiled shortly before 5/8/19.

Site: Commonwealth Walkway (1 memorial)

WC2, Strand, Gibraltar House

The plaque is laid into the pavement. Details of the walkway . It runs 1.6 miles past 12 "points of interest", mainly High Commissions of Commonwealth countries, with, we'd guess, a pavement plaque at each.
