Erected in memory of Dr Frank Bennett (1871 - 1960) whose practice occupied this site from (1916 - 1955).
The plaque, as well as having rather peculiar punctuation gets the year of death wrong but only by 2 days, so understandable.

The dates given on the plaque are about the time that the church ceased functioning and was demolished but we can't explain the exact dates.
The plaque is on the first floor balcony, in our photo partly hidden by tree foliage.
