Plaque

Founders' Hall - Lothbury

Inscription

In this court stood Founder's Hall, 1531 - 1845, rebuilt after the Great Fire 1666.
The Corporation of the City of London

We believe that, for all the livery companies, their Halls should be named with the apostrophe (if any) after the "s" and so this should be "Founders' Hall" and the plaque is wrong. We aren't too exercised by apostrophes but some people really care, so we thought we'd better comment.
