This tablet was erected and a fund of £211. consols for the benefit of the sick poor of Westminster was created by 380 subscribers in memory of Francis Charles Morgan, for 26 years secretary of the Western Dispensary. Died 22nd December 1912 aged 61 years. A tribute to an upright life spent in the service of God and of his fellow men.
This tablet belongs to the Morgan Fund Trustees for the time being.

"Consols", from "Consolidated stock", were government bonds, a type of financial investment.
