Plaque

Freddie Mercury - High Street Feltham

Inscription

Freddie Mercury, 5 - 9 - 1946 to 24 - 11 - 1991, resident of Feltham.

This stone is a substitute for the more elaborate memorial that was located on the other side of the road, and subsequently removed. It certainly wasn't unveiled with the same fanfare as its predecessor, as we cannot find any indication of the date.
