Gerald du Maurier

Inscription

Greater London Council
Sir Gerald du Maurier, 1873 - 1934, actor-manager, lived here from 1916 until his death.

Site: Gerald du Maurier (1 memorial)

NW3, Cannon Place, 14

The building, named Cannon Hall, was Daphne du Maurier's childhood home.

This house and garden are the location for the denouement in the 1965 film 'Bunny Lake is Missing'.   The film has some very interesting London locations and it's a good watch, too.
