Site: Lady Diana Spencer - SW5 (1 memorial)

SW5, Old Brompton Road, Flat 60, Coleherne Court

The flat was given to Diana by her parents on her 18th birthday, July 1979, and she lived there, sharing with three girlfriends, until the night before her engagement to Prince Charles was announced, February 1981, when she moved first to Clarence House and then to her own apartment in Buckingham Palace. During her time at the flat she was dating Prince Charles and doing low-paid, time-filling jobs such as cleaning for friends, nursery teachers assistant, etc.

Smaller than your average plaque, this is probably the bluest one in London.

This probably isn't a City of London plaque - though blue and oblong, the proportions are wrong, the style is different and its anonymous.
