Plaque

Leytonstone House

Inscription

Leytonstone House, grade II listed building, 18th century house originally the home of Sir Edward North Buxton. From 1868 - 1936 Bethnal Green School for the juvenile poor.
Waltham Forest Heritage

When we noticed the strange 'fly-away' lines at the beginning and ending of words on this plaque, we thought our camera had malfunctioned. We however have found other photos of the plaque online which are exactly the same, so the effect is on the plaque itself.
