This tablet commemorates with pride and gratitude the loyal service of the Inns of Court Officers Training Corps during the war of 1914 - 1918. The devotion of the 12,000 men who passed through its ranks to commissions, of whom more than 2,000 were killed in action and the inspiring leadership of Lieut. Colonel Francis Henry Launcelot Errington CBVD, commanding 1913-1916.
