Lord Denman

Lord Denman, Lord Chief Justice of England, lived in this house 1816 - 1834, and his son, Rt. Hon. George Denman, a judge of the High Court, 1872 - 1892, was born here, 1819.
{To the left of this plaque is affixed another:}
The adjoining plaque was removed from the house which stood upon this site from 1800 until 1962.
