Plaque

National Children's Bureau

Erection date: 16/5/1988

Inscription

This entrance was opened by H.R.H. The Princess of Wales on the 16th May 1988.

The inscription in the stone is merely functional but the overlapping children's heads adorning the entrance are a delight. The "hair" on the larger head reads "National Children's Bureau".
