Inscription

The Lilian Baylis tree was replanted on the 4th March 1996 in the presence of Lord Jenkins of Putney, Sir Roger Falk, OBE and representatives of the London Borough of Islington and Residents of Spa Green.
This stone was laid by Ian Albery, Chief Executive of Sadler's Wells at the opening of the new Theatre 10th October 1998.
