In our photo the plaque is almost lost in the strong shadow but can just be seen, below the lettering "Roman House".
This probably isn't a City of London plaque - though blue and oblong, the proportions are wrong, the style is different and its anonymous.
While the plaque is in Holland Street, the address is 56 Hornton Street.
