Poppy window

Site: Poppy window (1 memorial)

W2, Connaught Place, 16

We photographed this at first just because it is such a lovely window. Then we noticed that the flowers are poppies, well known to commemorate the dead in the two world wars. Surely a war memorial. We emailed the company in this building at the time (2013) asking for more information but got not reply.
