These roundels, below the second floor windows, are numbered from the left. Under other windows are: "T. C. C.", "1868", "H.H.".
Number 4 with his moustache looks most distinctive but are these portraits, or are they just decorative, generic heads?

This bust is a 20th-century replica after Louis-François Roubiliac, 1757.
These 4 portrait medallions are above the ground floor windows. We have numbered them left to right (west to east); two men and two women...
The arcade contains four modern busts, left to right: Pepys Cromwell Shakespeare Wren and a statue of Whittington to the left.
There are actually 2 busts (identical we think): one facing into the square and one facing out on the traffic.
