Royal British Legion Club Fulham

Inscription

Presented by Royal British Legion, Fulham.
"Lest we forget."

The building on the corner of Broomhouse Road (of which you can see a section to the right of our photo) used to be the . It is no 249 and was also known as Jimmy West House. It closed in September 2018 and became permanently closed on 30 May 2019 when it was taken over by Aragon House, next door.

So it looks as if this plaque was erected to commemorate the loss of the Fulham Club, and that the business which acquired the Club's premises agreed to host it on their wall.
