Sister Dorothy Louise Thomas GC, 1905 - 1989, nursing sister awarded the George Cross for her brave actions following a main theatre explosion at the Middlesex Hospital on 26 January 1934.

At we learn that this was a Nurse's Home, opened in 1931.  So it's where Sister Thomas lived, not where she displayed her heroism, which was presumably at the main Middlesex Hospital in Mortimer Street which must be the building outside of which from George V and Queen Mary.
