Inscription

The Sutton Housing Trust
The flats on this estate were erected in 1911 under the charitable trusts of the will of William Richard Sutton, carrier of Golden Lane, London EC, who died on 20th May 1900.

The 'done' on the plaque is, we're pretty certain, a guerrilla sticker, as unwanted as all the graffiti.
