This sculpture of the painter Terrence Cuneo was erected by the Trustees of The Terrence Cuneo Memorial Trust.

July 2014 informs us that this statue has been moved to Brompton Barracks Medway. Cuneo didn't just paint trains, he was also "widely regarded as one of the greatest military painters in the world."
