In memory of William Frederick Tyler, Police Constable 403 of 'N' Division, Metropolitan Police Service, fallen while bravely serving the community on the 23rd January 1909.
Erected by the officers of Haringey Borough Police and the community on the centenary of 'The Tottenham Outrage'.
