Dedicated in memory to the sacrifice made by the West Ham Pals of 13th (Service) battalion, the Essex Regiment ('The Hammers'), France & Flanders, Nov 1915 - Feb 1918.

This stadium was demolished in 2016 and we can't find out what happened to the plaques so we have marked them all as lost.
