Not only did Collins live here but he and his two sons developed the area as the Rookfield Garden Village.

This plaque is very difficult to spot, as it is almost completely obscured by the tree, (our photograph of it was taken some time ago). We were helped to re-locate it by three friendly residents (one of whom didn't know it existed). It is above the ground floor window which is flanked by trellis-work.
