The plaque blends in so well with the railings, that it's easily missed.
Plaque unveiled by Robin Gibb. It replaces the one originally erected in 2001 which disappeared during renovation work on the building.
London County Council W.E.H. Lecky, 1838-1903, historian and essayist lived and died here.
