On 17 January 2019 explained that this "specially commissioned, Christie-themed piece of art by Iona Rowland .. showcased on a billboard on Shorts Gardens" was part of a PR bonanza: "special events, including a secret book trail, with 90 books hidden around the streets and free for their finders to keep. Shops and restaurants will be joining in on the fun with special discounts and events."
The plaque is on the wall to the right of the shop.
