date this photo 1935 so perhaps it was taken to show the plaque, newly erected.
have another, 1958, photo showing this house as one in a nice curved terrace of empty properties waiting for the wrecking ball. So we can assume it was demolished in or shortly after 1958.

An early 18th century house, demolished in 1965 with its doorcase being rescued and reused in Great James's Street.
We don't know for sure that the HPEA is the "Hyde Park Estate" that erected the Dearmer plaque but it's the best candidate that we could find.
