Alexandra Spencer-Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough

From we learn that Alexandra Mary Cadogan, daughter of Viscount Chelsea married the 10th Duke of Marlborough in 1921 and died in 1961, before the Duke.  So she was the bearer of the title Duchess of Marlborough when the Churchill Gardens plaque was unveiled in 1951.  She was the grand-daughter of the 5th Earl of Cadogan.
