Bill Bentley's oyster bar

Restaurant. Originally known as just Bentley's.

Their website provides: "... Bill Bentley ... was Bentley's original founder and came from humble beginnings. His family ran an oyster bed and sold oysters from a barrow by the pier in Clacton-on-Sea. Wanting to expand the family business, he opened a brick-and-mortar site in the heart of Piccadilly, London, to bring oysters and the freshest seafood to The Capital's high society. And so Bentley's Oyster Bar was born.... In 2005 {chef} Richard {Corrigan} bought and refurbished the historical Bentley’s, established in 1916, and celebrated its centenary in 2016. One of London’s most famous oyster bar and seafood restaurants, legendary clients included Charlie Chaplin and Oscar Wilde."

This image comes from a which has more information about Bill Bentley whose first love was musical variety comedy. With two other entertainers, Bernard Russell and Bert Graham, he founded an open-air theatre in Clacton. 1920-34, he run the restaurant in the daytime, along with three of his sons, and appeared on stage at night.
