Or Boongaree. Aboriginal Australian from the Kuringgai people of the Broken Bay area north of Sydney.  Known as an explorer, entertainer, and Aboriginal community leader. Worked with Flinders as as an interpreter, guide and negotiator with local indigenous groups.
