Trustee, fundraiser and volunteer of the Charles Dickens Museum.

The 2004 book 'Shakespeare's Non-Standard English: A Dictionary of His Informal Language' by Norman Francis Blake was dedicated "In memory of Carol Paula Chapman1950–2004".

No sooner published than our colleague Andrew Behan provided some information including the dates, having found T: Born Carol Paula Ingham. Married Peter Chapman and had children Amanda and Nicholas. Died in Westminster.
